Asters signed the UN Global Compact Memorandum on Joint Anti-Corruption Actions in Ukraine

Asters has joined the initiative of the United Nations Global Compact Network Ukraine and signed the Memorandum of Joint Action on Anti-Corruption in Ukraine. The initiative aims to create a transparent business environment that will help to stimulate the development of the economy, companies, and society.
Asters' business activities are based on an Anti-Corruption Policy that meets the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, national and international anti-corruption standards. It covers the procedures for detecting, combating and preventing corruption and reflects the firm's principles — high ethical standards, honest and transparent business.
The Memorandum provides that the parties conduct their operations in a fair, honest and transparent manner and in full compliance with Ukrainian legislation and the principles of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC), the Inter-American Convention against Corruption, the Rules on Combatting Corruption of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the UN Global Compact’s Tenth Principle against Corruption.
The Memorandum was signed on 08 December 2022 in Kyiv during the International Anti-Corruption Day.
