Buchalter Wins Complete Dismissal of All Charges in Federal Healthcare Prosecution

A Buchalter team led by Sanjay Bhandari recently won a complete dismissal of all charges on behalf of its client in federal Healthcare prosecution. On the eve of trial, facing a flurry of motions by Buchalter and other firms, federal prosecutors abruptly dropped the case.
