Spilman Attorneys Named to 2023 NC Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” List
Winston-Salem, N.C. — Spilman Thomas & Battle (Spilman) announced that three attorneys were recognized on the North Carolina Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list for 2023.
Lee D. Denton is a senior attorney. His primary area of practice is litigation, with an emphasis on complex business disputes, complex construction cases, consumer finance and banking litigation, appeals, and fiduciary disputes. He earned his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and his law degree from Wake Forest University.
Carrie H. Grundmann is a partner at Spilman. Her primary area of practice is litigation with an emphasis on public utility and energy law, as well as labor and employment law. She earned her undergraduate degree from Roanoke College and her law degree from The College of William & Mary.
Steven C. Hemric is a senior attorney. His primary area of practice is litigation with a focus on construction law and commercial litigation. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Wake Forest University.
