Han Kun was invited for the fourth consecutive year by China Law & Practice to write a featured PE/VC annual review

Recently, the well-known magazine China Law & Practice published a featured 2022 PE/VC annual review article: "Turning the Corner to a New Normal: China's PE/VC Sector in 2022", co-authored by Han Kun partners Zaiguang Lu and Charles Wu of Han Kun Hong Kong. This is the fourth consecutive year the two partners have been invited by the magazine to prepare an annual review of the PRC's PE/VC sector. This year's article focused on proposed and final offshore IPO rules, further reform of the Hong Kong capital markets, cross-border data transfer rules, the new antitrust law, trends in 2022, and the outlook for 2023 as China emerges from the pandemic.
China Law & Practice is an influential magazine under the ALM Group, which aims to provide PRC and non-PRC market participants with the latest developments and in-depth insights in PRC business law.
