Family business charting a growth path: E3 Holding AG acquires Clean-tek group - funding by NORD/LB

With a Frankfurt-based team led by partner Thomas K. Schrell, business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek legally advised NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale - on funding the acquisition of Clean-tek group.
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek comprehensively supported NORD/LB in drafting, structuring, documenting, negotiating, and implementing the entire financing documentation. In addition to financing the acquisition of shares, the funding aims to redeem existing liabilities and to finance the group’s general working capital requirements.
With sites in Renningen (Germany), Basel (Switzerland), and a smaller production site in Serbia, Clean-tek group, currently operating mainly in Germany and Switzerland, is a leading manufacturer of modern and efficient cleanroom systems. The product range developed and produced at Clean-tek includes cleanroom ceiling, wall and door systems as well as laminar flow modules, material hatches, personnel and material locks, decontamination showers, and weighing booths. The cleanroom technology market is primarily driven by investment from the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries, as well as steadily increasing hygiene and production standards.
