Han Kun was invited by China Law & Practice to write a featured TMT annual review

Recently, the well-known magazine China Law & Practice published a featured 2022 TMT annual review article: “Annual Review of China’s TMT Sector: 2022”, co-authored by Han Kun partners Kevin Duan and Kemeng Cai. This year’s article focused on the legislation and enforcement trends in 2022 and the outlook for 2023 regarding data compliance in listing procedures, cross-border data transfer rules, important data regulations, technology ethics and algorithm governance, content control, non-fungible tokens (NFT) regulations, the deepfake technology rules, etc.
