Han Kun authors Practical Law UK Practice Note on third-party litigation funding in China

Recently, Thomson Reuters Practical Law UK, the world's renowned legal publisher, released its Practice Note entitled Third-Party Litigation Funding: Overview (China), with related checklist and options (the "Practice Note"). The Practice Note was co-authored by Eric Liu (Partner), Ying Zeng (of Counsel), and Qian Cao (Associate) from Han Kun's Commercial Dispute Resolution Department.
