She is also extensively experienced in dispute resolution in the fields of finance, asset management, and securities. In her over 20 years of practice, Ms. Xu has advised dozens of PRC companies on their listing and financing deals both domestically and overseas. She has also represented multiple domestic and overseas clients in their acquisition, joint venture, and restructuring transactions. Ms. Xu has exceptional experience in healthcare and consumer industries and has acted as lead counsel in many landmark capital market deals in those industries.
