Lawyer profile: Ms. Yang joined Han Kun in February 2005. She specializes in public and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment. She has assisted many high-tech enterprises in these transactions by designing deal structures and advising on restructuring and PRC law issues. She has also represented a large number of famous international and PRC funds in their private equity transactions in China. Ms. Yang's clients cover a wide variety of industry sectors including the Internet, biotechnology, healthcare, manufacturing, semiconductor, enterprise services, consumer goods, and new retail.
