Han Kun partner Jin Wang recognized among ALB China's 2023 Top 15 Capital Markets Lawyers

On March 20, 2023, Asian Legal Business (ALB), a leading legal directory owned by Thomson Reuters, published its 2023 list of the ALB China Top 15 Capital Markets Lawyers. Han Kun partner Jin Wang was named to the list for her exceptional performance.
Ms. Wang specializes in offshore public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate establishments and restructurings, and foreign investment. During her nearly 20 years of practice, Ms. Wang has successfully advised on over 40 overseas listing projects as PRC legal counsel to her clients, assisting in completing listing, restructuring, merger and acquisition, and private equity and venture capital transactions amounting to over USD 10 billion. Her representations cover a wide range of industries such as high-tech, healthcare and life sciences, telecoms, consumer goods, services, real estate, heavy industries, mining, and agriculture. Ms. Wang has a deep understanding of PRC industrial policies, corporate structures, capital operations, and investment and project management, fostered by her extensive experience in relevant fields. She has also represented multiple renowned PRC-based VC funds in their equity investment projects and advises on secondary fund transactions with innovative solutions. Ms. Wang received a Bachelor of Law degree and a bachelor's degree in economics in 2002 from Peking University. In 2005, she obtained an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom.
