BOYANOV & Co. Advised BioIVT on the Successful Acquisition of Fidelis Research

BOYANOV & Co. provided legal support to BioIVT, a leading provider of biospecimens, research models, and drug and diagnostic development services, for the successful acquisition of Fidelis Research, an 85-site clinical biospecimen collection network in Southeastern Europe with headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria.
BOYANOV & Co. also coordinated the legal work of its SEE Legal partners from Divjak Topic Bahtijarevic & Krka (Croatia), BDK Advokati (Serbia), NNDKP (Romania), and Kolcuoglu Demirkan Kocakli (Turkiye).
The transaction increased the scale and depth of BioIVT’s global operations by adding new clinical collection sites, predominantly hospital-based, focused on oncology, heme-oncology, and autoimmune cases. Special attention was paid to the preservation and further development of the relations with the leading members of the Fidelis staff.
