JEANTET ADVISES LBO FRANCE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THE CMR GROUP TO AMPHENOL

Paris, January 25, 2023 – Jeantet advised LBO FRANCE, a French private equity firm, in connection with the sale of the CMR group to Amphenol.
Over the last few years, LBO France’s Small Cap team has been supporting the company’s organic growth by diversifying its business lines and making several acquisitions: Costronic, a Swiss company specializing in renewable energies (hydroelectricity) and Procaly, a French company operating in the railway sector.
At the same time, CMR Group has also strengthened its international presence and has built up a new customer base, including leading companies. The company is now present in 12 countries and has a team of over 1,000 people.
The development of the company has added strategic value to the asset, which now has all the necessary features to enter a new stage of growth alongside Amphenol, a leading American industrial group and world leader in connection systems.
