Paris, January 20, 2023 – Jeantet acted as counsel to the banking pool comprising Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance de Midi-Pyrénées, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Loire-Centre, as Arrangers, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance de Midi-Pyrénées, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Loire-Centre and Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance du Languedoc Roussillon as Initial Lenders, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Loire-Centre, as Agent and Security Agent, and Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Loire-Centre, as Account Holder, in connection with the financing of an onshore wind farm owned by Solvéo Energie.
This financing will allow the independent energy provider Solvéo Energie to develop its 15MW wind farm project, located in Saint-Ambroix (Cher).
