Paris, January 27, 2023, Jeantet advised Dzeta, Claude Darmon’s family office, in connection with its acquisition of a participating interest in Akesa, a company specializing in cleaning services, via a capital increase.
Dzeta Conseil enters the capital of Akesa and engages in a new sector, the cleaning industry, via a minority investment. This capital increase aims to follow a buy and build strategy to double in size
by 2025 with the support of Dzeta, alongside the two founders of Akesa, Mélanie and Frédéric Maraillet.
Founded in 2012, Akesa is a cleaning services company based near Lyon, with 500 employees and €15 million in revenue. It provides building cleaning services for condominiums, offices and largescale distribution.
