JEANTET ADVISES THE SULO GROUP IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF DELPHI ENVIRONNEMENT

Paris, January 31, 2023, Jeantet has advised the Sulo Group, a specialist in waste management solutions, in connection with its acquisition of Delphi Environnement, a company specializing in the maintenance of cardboard presses.
The SULO Group acquires Delphi Environnement SAS, a French company based in Bonlier in the Oise region since 2005 and specialized in the maintenance of cardboard presses and other recyclable waste.
This acquisition will provide proximity and responsiveness to their clients with service and maintenance activities. More than 25 new employees will join SULO and the service activity.
