JEANTET ADVISES BELFOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF EOS GROUP

Paris, February 2, 2023 – Jeantet has advised the BELFOR group, the world leader in disaster recovery, on the acquisition of the EOS group. This is the third strategic acquisition made by BELFOR this year.
BELFOR, which has 12,500 employees worldwide, including 800 in France, is further strengthening its global offering and adding new skills to its expertise to better serve its clients.
EOS has been the specialist in disaster management in the Ile-de-France region for over 10 years. With its subsidiary INEOS, specialized in in-kind repairs and leak detection, the group offers a wide range of services for the handling of residential and professional claims.
