JEANTET ADVISES OTIUM CAPITAL IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF ATRALTECH

Paris, March 10, 2023, Jeantet has advised Otium Capital, an evergreen investment company managing the assets of Pierre-Edouard Stérin, founder of Smartbox, in connection with the acquisition of Atraltech, the security division of Hager Group, the European specialist in professional security solutions.
Atraltech, the French specialist and leader in alarm systems, is becoming once again an independent structure, bringing together Daitem electronic protection systems, as well as the brands Diagral and Logisty (outside France), thanks to a carve-out led by the family office Otium Capital. Atraltech has nearly 30,000 customers and currently employs 350 people in France, Germany and Italy.
Founded in 2009 by Pierre-Edouard Stérin, founder of the SmartBox group, Otium Capital is an evergreen investment company with approximately EUR 1 billion of assets under management, investing at all stages of development, from seed to LBO, in various fields such as tech, consumer, industry, real estate, etc.
