Paris, March 10, 2023, Jeantet has advised the Redslim group, specialized in the processing and exploitation of global corporate data, in a sponsorless transaction with Andera Acto, acting as financial partner.

The shareholders of Redslim Group, founded by Eric Bensimon and Søren Altmann, specialized in the processing and exploitation of corporate data and self-financed since its inception, have chosen Andera Acto as financial partner to support the group in its growth.

This sponsorless transaction allows Redslim’s board of directors to retain full independence, while having a leading financial partner supporting its development prospects, either organically or through external growth in order to expand its offer and access a new type of clients.

The group’s financial counsel held an auction, in which Andera Partners came out on top via its Andera Acto franchise, with this being its first overseas investment.
