JEANTET ADVISED METEOR IN HIS FIRST BUILD-UP IN FRANCE: RACLOT INDUSTRIES

Jeantet advised the METEOR Group, a company of the AEQUITA portfolio, in its acquisition of French company RACLOT INDUSTRIES. The acquisition is an important strategic milestone in the European growth strategy of METEOR, as it completes its first build-up in France. The Group hopes to further expand its industrial segment in the Hexagon.
RACLOT INDUSTRIES has been in business for over 100 years. It is specialized in the manufacture of rubber products as well as in the design and manufacture of seals, profiles, extruded compact, cellular and bi-material rubber parts, as well as in the moulding of plates and moulded parts. It also designs specific products for various sectors of activity (railways, construction, packaging, vacuum gripping, household appliances, automobiles, etc.).
The METEOR Group, which was taken over by AEQUITA in 2019, is a leading manufacturer of highly specialized sealing systems for the automotive and industrial market based on elastomer components.
