Han Kun authors the China chapter of The Private Equity Review

The well-known London-based legal publisher Law Business Research (LBR) recently published its 12th edition of The Private Equity Review (2023). Han Kun, as the only PRC-headquartered law firm, was invited to author the "China Fundraising" chapter in the 12th edition. Han Kun lawyers Ms. Lu Ran and Ms. Pei Zhao participated in the writing of the chapter.
