BOYANOV & Co. Wins Two CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year 2022 Awards

BOYANOV & Co. advised on two of the deals that won Deal of the Year 2022 by CEE Legal Matters for Albania and Bulgaria. This further validates its position as one of the top law firms in the region.
The two deals that BOYANOV & Co. advised on are the acquisition of One Telecommunications by 4iG (Deal of the Year 2022 in Albania), and the Acquisition of Fidelis Research by BioIVT (Deal of the Year 2022 in Bulgaria). Both deals were complex and involved a lot of sophisticated legal work.
In 2022, BOYANOV & Co. was involved in a deal that won Deal of the Year 2021 in Greece – the acquisition of Chipita S.A. by Mondelez International – it was a complicated cross-border transaction that involved transfer of shares, in-kind contributions, and sale of certain parts of the going concern of Chipita Bulgaria EAD.
The CEE Deals of the Year Awards recognizes lawyers and law firms who have played a pivotal role in bringing the deals that shape Central and Eastern Europe into being. These awards, which have been granted since 2017, are presented by CEE Legal Matters, the foremost provider of news and information about the legal industry and lawyers in the region.
The Deal of the Year Awards Banquet recognized and celebrated the largest and most important deals in Central and Eastern Europe – the ceremony was held in Istanbul on 25 April 2023.
