CLARUS Films GmbH is the largest independent supplier of unprinted packaging and technical films in Europe, majority-owned by PREMIUM Equity Partners and co-investor Kapital 1852, a subsidiary of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG. In the value chain of the film market, the company is positioned as a value-added reseller and connects with film manufacturers and converters as well as industrial processors and end users.
