Indy’s Joe Kremp Returns to Dinsmore’s Board of Directors

The Partners of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP have elected Joe Kremp to return the Firm’s Board of Directors.
Joe joins the 21-member Board effective immediately and serves of as one of two Board members representing the Indiana, Illinois and Michigan regions of Dinsmore. He returns to the Board after a brief hiatus and is looking forward to working with members to ensure Dinsmore continues to represent the interests and values of its clients, while fostering a culture of inclusion and collegiality.
As a member of the Management Committee of his predecessor firm Wooden & McLaughlin LLP, Joe played a key role in the merger between Dinsmore and Wooden in 2021. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and has been named a top attorney in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers® and Super Lawyers®.
