Bradley Adds Six Attorneys to Houston Office

Bradley is pleased to announce that the firm has added six attorneys to its Houston office. Gregory M. Clark has joined as a senior attorney and Reagan Hanna Noser has joined as an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. Emiley E. Dillon, Leah M. Homan, Harneet Kaur, and Zachary J. Wyatte have all joined the firm as associates in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Clark’s practice is focused on business commercial and residential commercial construction matters. He regularly handles case development and strategy in a variety of commercial matters and represents a range of clients, including state banks, technology companies, large equipment financing companies, contractors, civil engineering firms and individuals. Mr. Clark is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the Construction Law Section of the Texas Bar Association. He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law at Austin and has a B.S. from West Michigan University.

Ms. Dillon represents a range of clients in litigation and corporate matters. She has experience working with oil and gas companies in acquisitions and transactions involving equity interests and has assisted lenders and borrowers in million-dollar financings. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and received her B.A. from Louisiana State University.

Ms. Homan focuses her practice on civil litigation and appeals. She has experience handling depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and appellate briefs. Ms. Homan is an active member of the Houston Bar Association and is a member of the Houston and Texas Young Lawyers Associations. She earned her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law and her B.S. from West Virginia University.

Ms. Kaur concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, dispute resolution and international arbitration. She also works with clients on matters involving labor and employment issues. Ms. Kaur is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association and of the South Asian Bar Association. She is a graduate of the University of Houston School of Law and received her B.A. from Occidental College.

Ms. Noser handles construction litigation matters. Prior to joining Bradley, she served as a law clerk in the Office of the Texas Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division and interned in the District Attorney’s Office for Harris County and Fort Bend County. Ms. Noser received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and has a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Wyatte advises clients on commercial contract and business tort disputes, UCC disputes, commercial construction matters, breach-of-contract and breach-of-fiduciary duty disputes, product liability issues, land use disputes, and indemnity claims. He has experience representing large corporations in complex litigation involving corporate, maritime, and international trade matters. Mr. Wyatte earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and received his B.S. from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and his M.A. from American Military University.
