Mark Rossbroich to reinforce Heuking’s Corporate and Private Equity practice in Cologne

Mark Rossbroich (32) will join Heuking’s Cologne office as Salaried Partner and reinforce the Corporate and Private Equity practice effective June 12, 2023.
Mark Rossbroich is dual-qualified as a lawyer in Germany and as Solicitor (England & Wales). He comprehensively advises financial and strategic investors and businesses in national and cross-border (private & public) M&A/PE transactions as well as startups and their investors through all growth phases (VC). He also has in-depth expertise in corporate law.
Mark Rossbroich started his professional career as a lawyer at the Düsseldorf office of Linklaters in 2017 in the Corporate/M&A department and most recently practiced at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, also in Düsseldorf, with an additional focus on venture capital. Mark Rossbroich studied law in Düsseldorf and holds a Master’s degree from King’s College London (LL.M.); in addition, he was admitted as a Solicitor (England & Wales).
At Heuking, he will join the team of Oliver von Rosenberg. The renowned M&A Partner joined Heuking in 2019 and has many years of experience in advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions. His clients include particularly large PE funds as well as companies from the energy sector.
