Shoosmiths Conveyancing rebrands to Swiitch
One of the leading residential conveyancing practices in England and Wales has today (Monday 5 June 2023) revealed a new identity and vision for the future.
Shoosmiths’ 110-strong national conveyancing team will now operate as Swiitch, in a move which its head partner, Suman Dally, describes as “doubling down on the human, personal aspect of conveyancing, but with the technology and expertise to help home buyers and sellers navigate even the most complex residential transactions.”
Swiitch is a trading name of Shoosmiths LLP – a law firm that serves UK and international clients from offices across the UK and Brussels.
Operating nationally from its bases in Northampton, Milton Keynes, Manchester and Solent, Swiitch will continue to deliver expert residential conveyancing, with a commitment to excellence in client service and bringing modernity to the home buying and selling process.
On the new brand identity, Suman Dally, partner and head of conveyancing at Swiitch, said:
“Buying or selling a home is an emotional experience. It’s not just a major financial decision, but a significant milestone in people’s lives that can come with a sense of trepidation. We’ve always prided ourselves on putting clients at ease during this journey - providing a personal service and guiding home buyers or sellers through transactions, no matter the complexity.
“Our new identity gives us the right platform to continue providing a best-in-class service to our clients and agent partners, but with the tools and technology to deliver the process change that is needed to overcome the hurdles facing the conveyancing industry.
“With Swiitch, we’re focused on keeping things simple and transactions moving, from an offer being accepted, to dreams of picking up the keys on completion day. Our commitment, as it always has been, is to helping clients navigate one of life’s most important events.”
The move follows Shoosmiths introducing a ‘house of brands’ strategy. This involves refreshing the Shoosmiths brand and introducing two new brands, including Swiitch.
