On June 15, 2023, Han Kun Law Offices, a leading full-service law firm headquartered in China, announced the official opening and commencement of operations of its Singapore office, Han Kun LLP, after approval by the competent authorities in Singapore.

Han Kun LLP is the first international office established by Han Kun outside of China, representing a significant milestone in the firm's global strategy. Singapore, as one of the key financial centers in the Asia-Pacific region, is a vibrant market renowned for trade, services, shipping, and technological innovation. On June 15, 2023, Han Kun LLP hosted a grand opening ceremony and a conference entitled "Together, Embrace the Future - New Opportunities for the Legal and Financial Markets in Singapore and China". More than 30 partners, lawyers, and professional support staffs from Han Kun's various offices, together with nearly 300 market participants and senior industry experts from Singapore, China, and other markets, gathered in Singapore to explore the new trends and opportunities in the legal services and financial business development in Singapore and China from diverse perspectives.

Mr. Chen Dafei, Managing Partner of Han Kun Singapore, expressed gratitude to all guests and colleagues in his opening remarks.
