Bradley Adds Healthcare Attorney Kita McCray to Dallas Office

Bradley is pleased to announce that Kita McCray has joined the Dallas office as an associate in the Healthcare Practice Group.

Ms. McCray focuses her practice on regulatory, transactional and administrative health law for healthcare providers, healthcare industry companies, payers and health plans on a national basis. She regularly assists clients with matters including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), telehealth/telemedicine, health regulatory and compliance issues, licensing matters, corporate practice of medicine counseling, and fraud and abuse analysis related to Anti-Kickback Statue and Stark Law issues. Ms. McCray also works with clients on transactional matters such as change of ownership and other licensure and regulatory filings, as well as Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and audits, and assists with business planning and formations and workplace agreements.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, Ms. McCray received her LL.M. in Health Law from the University of Houston Law Center. She also earned her B.A. and M.P.H. from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Women Lawyers Association, as well as the American Health Lawyers Association. Ms. McCray is recognized in the 2023 edition of Texas Rising Stars and was named to the National Black Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40” list in 2020.
