Han Kun participates in preparing the China Consumer Finance Company Development Report for the fourth consecutive year
Recently, the China Banking Association released the China Consumer Finance Company Development Report (2023) (the "Report"). This is the fifth year that the China Banking Association has issued an annual report to the public on the development of consumer finance companies. The Report was organized by the Consumer Finance Committee of the China Banking Association, researched with the participation of all consumer finance companies, prepared jointly by nine consumer finance companies, and published by the China Finance Press.
Han Kun has participated in preparing the Report as the sole law firm responsible for the compilation of the annual report for four consecutive years from 2020 to date, representing its commitment to facilitating the development of the consumer finance sector.
The Report comprehensively reflects the overall business conditions of consumer finance companies in 2022, systematically summarizes the specialized and differentiated development characteristics of consumer finance companies, and fully demonstrates the responsibilities and duties of consumer finance companies from six perspectives with informative data and abundant case examples, namely the development environment, regulatory requirements, business developments, development characteristics, social responsibility, and development trends.
