("Doer") announced that it had entered into a license agreement with BioNTech SE (NASDAQ: BNTX, "BioNTech"), a German biotechnology unicorn company. Pursuant to the agreement, Doer will grant BioNTech a worldwide license for an innovative discovery, allowing BioNTech to research, develop, manufacture, and commercialize innovative biotherapeutics against an unnamed therapeutic target by utilizing this innovative discovery, and Doer is entitled to receive an upfront payment and will be eligible for potential development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments. This license-out transaction involves various innovative patents, technologies, and other kinds of intellectual property at multiple levels and different dimensions, indicating Doer's excellent research and development capabilities in innovative biotherapeutics, as well as the great commercial value and prospects for Doer's products and technologies in the world. In short, this transaction is strategically important for Doer's continuous R&D and vigorous future development.
