Han Kun authors the China chapter of "The International Comparative Legal Guides - Corporate Governance 2023"

Global Legal Group ("GLG") has recently published the 16th edition of the International Comparative Legal Guides - Corporate Governance 2023 (the "Guide"), edited by Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz ("Wachtell"). The Guide provides an overview of common issues in the area of corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions. Han Kun partner Ray Shi was the sole contributor to this year's China chapter of the Guide, which is also his sixth consecutive time to author the chapter since 2018.
