Shoosmiths Technology Team collaborates with The Legal 500 on their latest Country Comparative Guides
Shoosmiths has partnered with The Legal 500 as exclusive expert contributing editors and authors across two of their latest Country Comparative guides. These global guides provide detailed information and insight into practice-area-focused laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.
As contributing editor, the Q&A template for each chapter in the 2023 TMT Guide has been written by partner and head of Shoosmiths’ technology sector Joe Stephenson. Working alongside some great firms internationally, contributors to the guide come from over 15 jurisdictions providing their country specific pragmatic overview of the law and practice of technology law in their country.
The UK chapter of this seventh edition TMT Guide has been authored by Joe and Paul Nightingale who together have created a valuable map of the current UK landscape and share their personal insight and opinion as to the future of the technology market over the next five years.
