("Kidswant", stock code: 301078) on its issuance of RMB1,039,000,000 convertible corporate bonds to unspecified investors. During the issuance process, Han Kun provided a full range of legal services for Kidswant, including from the perspectives of implementation of the registration-based share offering system, data compliance review, and antitrust supervision of the platform economy.
