Emi Rowse (Igusa), Partner and Head of Japan Practice, has been enlisted in the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre’s (HKIAC) List of Arbitrators. With extensive expertise in the fields of arbitration and litigation, Emi’s involvement in professional institutions extends internationally. In addition to her latest enlistment, she is also a member of Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC)’s Panel of Arbitrators and is an accredited Mediator.
Emi’s experience in multiple jurisdictions is reflected in her culturally sensitive and versatile approach. Her latest enlistment establishes her as a prominent practitioner in the realm of alternative dispute resolution.
As a Hong Kong qualified lawyer based in Thailand and leading the Japan practice, Emi is well placed to manage and resolve disputes in the APAC region. She recently spoke on the topic of “Hottest Seat in International Arbitration Debate” organised by CIArb and THAC where she represented Hong Kong as the preferred seat.
