Patterson Belknap Partner Muhammad U. Faridi Publishes an Updated Edition of the New York Commercial Division Practice Guide

Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler is pleased to announce the publication of the latest edition of the New York Commercial Division Practice Guide. As with previous editions, the guide is organized into various chapters containing useful information about litigating in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court, the “premier forum” for litigating commercial cases. The practice guide serves as a resource for both seasoned and junior practitioners who find themselves involved in a Commercial Division lawsuit.
The updated guide incorporates the numerous rule changes implemented by the New York Commercial Division in the wake of the pandemic and how they affect practitioners. The guide also features practice tools such as sample forms most commonly used in court, ensuring that attorneys and legal professionals are operating as effectively as possible in the court.
The New York Commercial Division Guide is co-edited by Patterson Belknap Partner Muhammad Faridi and Stephen P.
