Carey Olsen pair named NextGen Leaders by eprivateclient

September, 2023 - Bermuda, Bermuda

The NextGen Leaders list, which replaces eprivateclient's prestigious annual UK and UK Crown Dependencies Top 35 Under 35, recognises outstanding professionals working in the legal and finance sectors with up to 17 years of experience in the private client advisory sector.

Those that featured were nominated and chosen based on their individual qualities and achievements, their quick progression to senior positions, the praise received from superiors, and the performance of the company they work for.

Pierre is an advocate and senior associate in Jersey's litigation and trusts and private wealth teams, specialising in the court-related aspects of trusts and private wealth. He is ranked by the Legal 500 UK as a 'Rising Star' in dispute resolution and has featured on eprivateclient's Top 35 Under 35/NextGen Leaders list on seven previous occasions.

Kellie is an advocate and associate in Guernsey's litigation team, advising local and international clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious disputes. She is ranked by the Legal 500 UK as a 'Rising Star' and a 'key lawyer' in dispute resolution.  This marks the third consecutive year she has been recognised by eprivateclient's Top 35 Under 35/NextGen Leaders.

Partner Russell Clark said: "Congratulations to Pierre and Kellie on their well-deserved recognition as NextGen Leaders in the private client advisory profession. They have both proven to be excellent advisers to clients and we are delighted that Pierre and Kellie continue to receive the recognition that they deserve."

Pierre and Kellie's individual recognition follows on from their recent inclusion in the eprivateclient 2023 NextGen Leaders List for the Channel Islands and Carey Olsen's success at this year's eprivateclient Excellence Awards, where the firm was named best offshore law firm for the second time in the ceremony's three-year history.
