Carey Olsen lawyers recognised in latest IFLR1000 2023 rankings
Lawyers from across Carey Olsen's Bermuda, British Virgin Islands (BVI), Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Hong Kong SAR, Jersey and Singapore practices have been recognised in the 2023 edition of IFLR1000.
In total, 46 Carey Olsen lawyers are featured in the latest set of rankings, which serves as the only legal directory solely focused on recognising law firms and individuals based on financial and corporate transactional work.
From those recognised, Carey Olsen has six individuals considered to be 'Market Leaders', 22 'Highly Regarded', two 'Rising Star Partners', seven 'Notable Practitioners', seven 'Rising Stars', two 'Expert Consultants' and two 'Women Leaders'.

Rising Star Partners
The firm's Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Hong Kong and Jersey offices all continue to be ranked within the practice area rankings. This includes the Guernsey and Jersey offices maintaining their respective Tier 1 rankings for both 'financial and corporate' and 'investment funds' work, an improved 'financial and corporate' ranking for the Bermuda office, as well as a new 'investment funds' ranking for the British Virgin Islands office. In addition to being ranked as 'Highly Regarded', partners Annette Alexander and Kate Andrews have also been ranked as 'Women Leaders'.
