Three Bradley Partners Named to 2023 Who’s Who Legal: Real Estate

Bradley is pleased to announce that three of the firm’s partners, Ann Peldo Cargile, W. Rodney Clement and J. Thomas Trent Jr., have been named to the 2023 edition of Who’s Who Legal: Real Estate guide. A partner in Bradley’s Nashville office, Ms. Cargile represents parties in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, finance and joint ventures. She serves as president of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), which is the premier organization for real estate lawyers in the U.S. Ms. Cargile is a frequent author and speaker on real estate topics and is known for her impact on Tennessee condominium law.

Mr. Clement is a partner in Bradley’s Jackson office and concentrates his practice on commercial real estate and secured transactions. He frequently represents purchasers and developers of energy projects, office buildings and distribution facilities, as well as lenders and borrowers in financings. Representing notable developers and facilities across Mississippi, Mr. Clement also has extensive experience with judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and receiverships.

A partner in Bradley’s Nashville office, Mr. Trent regularly works with national and regional clients, including major manufacturing companies, corporate users of commercial real estate, institutional investors, developers and lenders. Mr. Trent has experience handling complex economic development incentive and commercial real estate transactions across the country. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at commercial real estate, finance, and economic development seminars and programs.
