Han Kun authors the China chapter of The Asset Management Review (12th Edition)

The well-known London-based legal publisher Law Business Research recently published its twelfth edition of The Asset Management Review. Han Kun financial regulatory partners Ms. Lin Zhou and Ms. Yao (Ally) Hu authored the China chapter. Han Kun was invited to author the China chapter of the book for the fourth consecutive year and has contributed to many topics in The Law Reviews in the past. Other Han Kun contributors to this year's China chapter included John D. Fitzpatrick, Zhuo Zhou, Jiner Chen, Mingyu Xia and Jianyang Ding.
The Asset Management Review is an incisive general introduction to the complex regulatory frameworks governing asset management activities worldwide and the related practical issues that arise in the sector. With a focus on recent trends and developments, it covers – among other things – key regulatory hurdles; common asset management structures; main sources of investment; tax implications; and an outlook for future developments.
