The listing of the bonds with the benefit of an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by Bank of Xi'an Co., Ltd. on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 84455) and Chongwa (Macau) Financial Assets Exchange Co. Ltd commenced on 29 September 2023. The bonds issued represent the first successfully issued "Dim Sum Bonds" of Shaanxi Province dual-listed in Hong Kong and Macau.
