With three decades of experience as a business and corporate real estate attorney, Stemler brings a wealth of expertise to his transaction-focused practice. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, entity formation, corporate finance, commercial transactions, licensing agreements, and technology transfers. He has established himself as a trusted advisor, representing both international and domestic clients.
A key focus of Stemler's practice is facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and other business combinations. He assists clients in navigating complex transactions, offering strategic counsel throughout the process.
