Aron Beezley Quoted in Law360 on Anticipated FCA Suits in Wake of COVID-19 Criminal Cases
Bradley partner Aron Beezley was quoted in a Law360 article on anticipation of False Claims Act (FCA) lawsuits as COVID-19 criminal cases conclude.

The Paycheck Protection Program, the most prominent of the COVID-19 relief lending programs, saw more than 11 million loans issued totaling more than $800 billion throughout the course of the pandemic.
Beezley said, “It usually takes a whistleblower on the inside of a company who understands the nuances of why a company may not have been eligible or may have abused PPP money to connect the dots for the government."
