Han Kun welcomes Ms. Min Luo in rejoining the firm

Han Kun is pleased to announce that Ms. Min Luo has recently rejoined the firm, further bolstering the firm's investment fund capabilities.
Ms. Luo specializes in legal matters related to private fund formation and asset management. She has considerable experience in representing onshore and offshore fund managers in the formation of venture capital, private equity and other types of private funds denominated in both USD and RMB. Ms. Luo provides a comprehensive range of legal services for the operation and management of private funds. She also has extensive experience in handling private fund interest transfers and designing effective incentive plans for management teams. Additionally, Ms. Luo frequently provides legal services to onshore and offshore investors regarding their global investment in multi-currency private funds.
Ms. Luo received her Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Arts (in English) degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2011 and a Master of Laws degree from the same university in 2013. She then furthered her studies abroad and received her LL.M. from New York University in 2018. Ms. Luo is qualified to practice law in China and the State of New York in the US. Ms. Luo practiced law with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Shanghai from 2018 to 2023. Before that, she worked in another leading international law firm and the Beijing office of Han Kun for a few years.
Given Ms. Luo's extensive experience in investment fund and asset management, her rejoining Han Kun will further enhance the firm's service capabilities in related fields.
