Buchalter Corporate Practice Group Represents TRUFF in Its Investment by SKKY Partners

A Buchalter team led by Shareholders Jeremy Weitz and Tanya Viner advised Sauce Ventures, LLC (dba TRUFF) in its investment by SKKY Partners, a private equity fund co-founded by Kim Kardashian and Jay Sammons. TRUFF is a premium condiments line of truffle infused products. This is SKYY’s first investment.
