Buchalter’s Joshua Robbins Named Among California’s 2023 Top White Collar Lawyers by the Daily Journal

For the third consecutive year, the Daily Journal has named shareholder Joshua M. Robbins to its list of the Top White Collar Lawyers in California. This group comprises the leading 31 lawyers in the state, from both large and small firms, representing companies and individuals in government investigations, criminal prosecutions, and related enforcement actions and civil litigation. Mr. Robbins founded Buchalter’s White Collar & Investigations practice in 2020, and since then it has grown to include five former federal prosecutors and a number of other attorneys with experience in government enforcement matters. Most recently, Mr. Robbins led a Buchalter trial team to a complete defense jury verdict in a $200 million RICO and antitrust case, and he continues to represent a national laboratory services company in a high-profile series of federal and state investigations concerning a chain of COVID testing centers.
