On December 1st, 2023, Phenna Group acquired CEIMIC Life Sciences Testing Group, a company specialized in life sciences testing that, after a long period of expansion, now has one of the main laboratory networks in the Americas, offering quality analytical services, sampling, technology, and logistics spanning seven Latin American countries, Dominican Republic, and the USA.
Phenna Group has signed its fourteenth agreement of 2023 by acquiring CEIMIC. This acquisition marks an important milestone for the company as it is their first in the Latin American region. It is also a significant step towards their current growth strategy.
Headquartered in Nottingham, UK, Phenna Group aims to invest in and partner with selected niche, independent Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) companies providing world-class services across a wide range of sectors.
