Bradley Grows its Atlanta Office to 32 with Additions Jonathan DeLuca and Jonathan Stuart

Bradley is pleased to announce that litigators Jonathan DeLuca and Jonathan Stuart have joined the firm’s Atlanta office.

Welch. “The diversity of experience they both bring, as well as the healthcare expertise we’ve added with Craig Smith and the 10 other high-caliber lawyers added since our original Atlanta launch, will allow us to assist a broader range of clients and deepens the level of sophisticated service that we can provide to businesses both nationally and across Georgia.”

Mr. DeLuca is a senior attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Construction practice groups and represents a wide range of clients in complex litigation and white-collar criminal matters in both federal and state courts. He has extensive experience in a variety of complex civil matters, including business disputes, breach of contract actions and construction matters. Mr. DeLuca’s white-collar criminal work includes defending clients in various government investigations and RICO matters. He earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the Mississippi College School of Law and received his B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of South Alabama. Mr. DeLuca has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in the area of Commercial Litigation since 2021.

Mr. Stuart is an associate who focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, construction law and labor and employment matters in state and federal courts. He works with clients in the financial services, food services, healthcare, entertainment, manufacturing and retail industries. A former Deloitte consultant, Mr. Stuart takes an analytical, business-minded, solution-driven approach to resolving legal disputes. He regularly drafts and enforces confidentiality agreements, non-compete clauses and other forms of restrictive covenants related to protecting trade secrets. Mr. Stuart earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, his M.B.A. from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, and his B.A. from Valdosta State University. He was selected as an LCLD Pathfinder in 2023.

Bradley has grown its Atlanta office to more than 30 attorneys since May 2023 when it established its office with 20 lawyers from a variety of leading law firms in the market.
