SyCipLaw is Now ISO 9001:2015 Certified

SyCipLaw is proud to announce that it has successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). The certification covers the provision of legal services on Philippine law-related matters to clients in and outside the Philippines.
Based on available information, SyCipLaw is the first Philippine law firm with ISO 9001 certification.
"We are pleased to earn this certification, which demonstrates our commitment to providing high-quality legal services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients," said Managing Partner Hector M. de Leon Jr. He added that "obtaining ISO 9001 certification is part of the never-ending process of building a better firm."
ISO 9001 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a QMS. Under its Quality Policy, SyCipLaw committed to the continued development and improvement of its QMS and to ensuring that the QMS remains effective. A QMS is a set of rules and procedures that an organization follows to ensure that it meets the needs and expectations of its stakeholders. Among others, the QMS assists the organization to plan, control, and improve its processes and services.
Sometime October 2023, SyCipLaw was subjected to a rigorous audit by Americo Quality Standards Registech Pvt Ltd (AQSR), a globally recognized ISO certification body. AQSR verified that the SyCipLaw's QMS is effective and conforms to the ISO 9001 standard. ASQR issued the ISO certification for SyCipLaw on October 26, 2023.
