Han Kun welcomes Ms. Bonnie Yung in joining the firm's Hong Kong office as a partner

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce that Ms. Bonnie Yung has recently joined Han Kun Hong Kong office as a partner.
Bonnie has extensive experience in general corporate matters and corporate finance transactions, including representing public and private companies and investors in Hong Kong in takeovers, private mergers and acquisitions, and privatisations, representing issuers and underwriters in both public and private equity securities offerings in Hong Kong and providing legal advice on other transactions under the governance of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code. She also advises Hong Kong listed companies on post listing regulatory compliance matters and provides legal advice and services on Hong Kong general commercial and corporate matters.
Bonnie graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.). Bonnie has nearly 20 years of legal industry experience. She has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions of listed and private companies in Hong Kong and also initial public offerings in Hong Kong of companies covering a wide spectrum of industries, including information technology, real estate, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and mining. Before joining the firm, Bonnie was a partner with Mayer Brown. Prior to that, she had been a partner with Paul Hastings, a firm where she spent more than eight years.
Given Bonnie's extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, her joining Han Kun will further enhance the firm's service capabilities in Hong Kong.
