Dinsmore Welcomes Back Experienced Management-side Labor Partner

After two years, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is excited to welcome experienced labor and employment partner G. Randall Ayers back to the Firm’s Columbus office.
With more than 30 years of experience, Randy works with a broad spectrum of clients with represented workforces. He returns to Dinsmore after serving as Senior Executive Labor Counsel – Head of U.S. Labor Relations for General Electric. For much of his career, Randy served as lead labor counsel and chief spokesperson in labor negotiations on behalf of Fortune 500 corporations throughout the United States. Having returned to Dinsmore, Randy looks forward to continuing his practice as a traditional, management-side labor lawyer.

Randy earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. In 2019, Randy was named Best Lawyers Cincinnati “Lawyer of the Year” for Management-Labor. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.
